Black Badge Wraith
The most powerful Rolls-Royce ever – with added attitude. Black Badge Wraith is an intoxicating new incarnation of luxury. A darker aesthetic. An irresistible aura. And enhanced handling that lets you relish every stretch of road. Step into the night, and find out what happens when you embrace your bolder side.
Over four hundred hours. Over sixty pairs of hands. Just one aim: to build and craft your Black Badge Wraith to perfection. From the days it takes to achieve the most intense color of black paint ever seen on a Rolls-Royce, to the years spent developing Black Badge’s unique wheels, each element of your motor car is the result of world-class craftsmanship.
Be captivated
Powerful, dynamic and refined. Black Badge Wraith is the ultimate modern fastback coupé. A long bonnet and a wide-rear track create an athletic prowess, while the sweeping lines give it a profile that glides effortlessly through the night.
Shades of darkness envelop Black Badge Wraith’s iconic features, adding even more drama to its presence. The Spirit of Ecstasy is cast in high-gloss dark chrome, forging a path through the shadows atop a powerful front grille. Paint is deepened to intense new levels of black, with dark chrome air inlets, boot lid finisher and twin exhaust pipes adding an eye-catching edge. The black Rolls-Royce badge is the final touch: a bold statement of defiance.
Performance
To create Black Badge Wraith, the engineering team at the Home of Rolls-Royce have pushed the boundaries of performance. The fastback coupé’s 6.6 liter V12 engine has been paired with a brand new 8-speed automatic gearbox that delivers an extra wave of torque. Responses are sharpened with Intuitive Throttle Response, which allows gears to hold for longer and the engine to rev more readily.
Delivering a phenomenal 624bhp (465kw), Wraith is already the most powerful Rolls-Royce in the world. But with the added edge of Black Badge, engineering has been enhanced even further. Torque is increased to 870Nm, handling is more dynamic and contact with the road intensified for a thrilling driving experience.
Steering and braking responses are sharpened, giving you more control and increasing contact with the road. But even as the pace increases, Black Badge Wraith maintains the signature Rolls-Royce magic carpet ride. Upgrades to the intelligent air suspension system delivers a cool composure over any surface.
Inner confidence
Attitude starts from within. With its horseshoe sweep and curved leather seats, the interior of Black Badge Wraith cocoons you in an aura of confidence. Behind the wheel, you feel like anything is possible. Like the night is infinite.
The cabin is transformed by a darker interpretation of luxury. Carbon fiber and aluminum threads are skillfully woven together to create the stunning technical fiber fascia. This innovative material, normally seen on the surface of stealth aircrafts, glitters temptingly in the darkness of the cabin. Sharpening your senses and enhancing the thrill of the drive.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
