Wraith is an imperceptible force, inspired by the words of Sir Henry Royce: “Take the best that exists and make it better.” By fusing the iconic Rolls-Royce grace and elegance with the marque’s most powerful engine, Wraith redefines luxury like never before. Dynamic. Enigmatic. Built to perform.
The striking fastback silhouette of Wraith exudes elegance and power. Expressive, sweeping lines and a wide rear track give it a dynamic and athletic prowess. And the long bonnet, deep grille and pronounced air intakes promise a truly potent performance.
Designed to provoke
Redefining the boundaries of Rolls-Royce motor cars, Wraith has a fleeting and enigmatic presence. With a curved, dynamic appearance and fastback design, Wraith evokes a sense of energy, even while standing still. Its innate drama materialises in the twin exhausts and frameless coach doors, which open wider than on any other Rolls-Royce motor car. And the deeply recessed vertical grille adds to Wraith’s confident stance.
Propelling you from 0-60mph in just 4.4 seconds, Wraith hosts the most powerful Rolls-Royce engine ever. Alive with the latest technologies, including the satellite-aided transmission that predicts the road ahead, Wraith retains its cool and calm composure, even at speed. Leaving you to enjoy the effortless drive.
With a 6.6 litre, twin-turbo-charged V12 engine, Wraith offers formidable power. Effortlessly refined, the intelligent air suspension system is so sensitive, it detects even the slightest movement and compensates accordingly. Giving you that ‘magic carpet ride’ Rolls-Royce is famed for.
Wraith is also debuting one of the most intelligent drivetrains ever to feature in a Rolls-Royce motor car. Satellite-aided transmission uses GPS data and the navigation system to pre-empt whatever’s around the corner. It then chooses the right gear and leaves you to enjoy the drive.
Your private space
Built to be driven confidently and effortlessly, the rotary controller is mounted on the centrepiece, giving you immediate access to directions, your contacts and music at the swipe of a finger.
This world-class craftsmanship is obvious throughout. Soft, natural grain leather evokes the expressive lines of the exterior. And, for the first time, choose to have Canadel Panelling. A beautiful and open wood named after Sir Henry Royce’s home in France, each veneer is delicately curved around the contours of the door. At an angle of 55 degrees, each panel is bookmatched to create a perfect mirror image of grain. If you want to personalise Wraith further, choose a Bespoke open pore or metal fascia finish to the wood. Sleek and contemporary, it’s a modern edge to traditional wood fascia finishes.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
